B.Sc. (Hons) Electronics or Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Electronics is an undergraduate Electronics course. Electronics is the branch of science, engineering and technology which deals with the electrical circuits that involve active electrical components.
B.Sc. (Hons) Electronics program is the study of the fundamentals of Analog Electronics, Electromagnetics, Communications, Optoelectronics, Digital System Design and Mathematics. In other words, B.Sc. (Hons) Electronics degree course is the comprehensive study that provides broad foundation on the fundamentals of electronics. The duration of the course is three years and the syllabus for it is divided into six semesters. There are many colleges/ institutes providing this Hons course in their campuses.
After B.Sc electronics, The student can seek an opportunity as a trainee in consumer electronics companies, computer hardware manufacturing firms, electronic chip manufacturers, semi conductor industry, electronic media (technical production jobs).
